Your WaterFurnace Synergy3 system will provide superior comfort and remarkable performance from day one by integrating the comfort of radiant floor heating with the benefits of geothermal technology. Compared with ordinary furnaces or boilers, the Synergy3 is a whole new world of home comfort, with forced air heating and cooling to ducted zones and hot water for radiant floor zones. If you’ve never experienced this total home comfort, you’re in for a treat. Radiant floor systems use a series of tubes encased in the floor. By circulating hot water through this tubing, the room is comfortably warmed. Because the floor acts as a giant radiator, you’ll experience head-to-toe comfort throughout the room. Floors covered in tile, wood, vinyl or stone stay toasty, even on the coldest days. The Synergy3 also heats with forced air through the duct system. Set your thermostats, relax and enjoy warm, consistent temperatures throughout your home. Dependable Components
Versatec units feature bi-directional thermal expansion valves (TXVs) for maximum unit efficiency over a broad operating temperature range, eliminating the need for water regulating valves and preventing nuisance unit faults. Oversized, three-row air coils increase unit capacity, improve efficiency and maximize moisture removal. All units have a factory-installed liquid-line refrigerant filter dryer to ensure the integrity of the refrigerant circuit.
Choice of Controls
Versatec models are available with a choice of controls – basic electromechanical or advanced microprocessor controls loaded with useful features. These microprocessor controls include fault retry, short-cycle protection, random start timing, brownout protection, emergency shutdown, condensate overflow, unit diagnostics, and night setback control with the TA32U02 thermostat.
